1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the njbet website located at njbet.ws and all associated services, features, and content ("Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on njbet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

njbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated via the Platform and take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

2. Eligibility

To register and use an njbet account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Users under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities and legal persons are not eligible to hold njbet accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close relative of an njbet employee or business partner.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on njbet or any associated platform at the time of registration.

3. Account Registration and Security

When registering an njbet account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change. njbet may request documentary evidence to verify your identity (KYC verification) at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and freezing of account balances pending verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your njbet username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. njbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. 4. Deposits

njbet accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and minimum/maximum limits displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction:

• bKash — mobile financial services. Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Nagad — digital financial services. Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking. Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• USDT (TRC-20) — cryptocurrency deposits. Minimum deposit: 10 USDT.

Deposits are credited to your njbet account balance in real time upon successful payment confirmation. njbet does not charge any deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. njbet accepts no liability for failed deposits caused by third-party payment provider downtime or network interruptions.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved.
• Any active bonus balance must satisfy its wagering requirement before the corresponding funds can be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are displayed on the Platform.
• njbet targets processing all approved withdrawals within 24 hours on business days. Delays may occur during periods of high volume or for security review.

njbet reserves the right to request additional documentation to support any withdrawal request. Submission of false, forged, or misleading documentation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all pending withdrawals.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

njbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus or promotion is stated at the time the bonus is communicated to you. Standard wagering requirements range from 15x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.

njbet reserves the right to cancel, modify, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players found to be exploiting bonuses through fraudulent play patterns, arbitrage betting, or other abuse tactics will have their bonus revoked and their account reviewed for possible closure. Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the njbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and permanent ban:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the njbet Platform without the prior written consent of njbet. Unauthorised reproduction of Platform content is a violation of these Terms and applicable intellectual property law and may be subject to legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, njbet, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• System downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures affecting game availability or betting markets.
• Losses sustained as a direct result of gambling activity conducted on the Platform.
